CABBAGE & EGGS

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup green cabbage, shredded
2 eggs
2 sausage links
olive oil
coconut aminos
cilantro, parsley or greens to garnish

DIRECTIONS

Step 1
Lightly saute green cabbage in olive oil., adding ~1 tsp coconut aminos after a few minutes of cooking.
Step 2
Crack eggs into skillet and cook to desired consistency. Season with salt, pepper and good morning vibes :)

Step 3
Serve with green garnish.

Tip!
Serve with fresh micro greens (pictured above), cilantro or parsley for a gourmet way to start your day.
