here’s a look at what’s inside…

module 1

In this module, we will focus on what constitutes real food and how to weed out the junk. You’ll get a Paleo food pyramid guide, lots of useful handouts, and 20 minutes of video.

module 2

Week 2 is all about carbs! We will discuss how carbohydrates affect blood sugar and other mechanisms in the body. You’ll get some additional reading material, a few homework assignments, and 40 minutes of video.

module 3

Proteins are necessary for the maintenance and repair of the body but need to be digested appropriately to support your health. You’ll receive lecture notes, a transition checklist, and 22 minutes of video.

module 4

In module 4 you’ll learn about fats! We’ll discuss how to use delicious oils and other whole food sources of omegas to reduce inflammation and fight oxidative stress. You will have access to handouts, recipe printouts and 30 minutes of video.
