Teaching you HOW to cook and eat real food for health. I offer in-kitchen training to help you master the logistics of planning, shopping & preparing health conscious meals. Classes offered in both group and private settings. Feel confident in using food as medicine.

Certified Nutritional Therapist

Advanced training in nutrition science and behavior change. I offer coaching packages that deliver you personalized guidance on what and how to eat for health. 

Personal Chef

I take the stress out of eating by crafting nourishing, health conscious meals that are delivered to your door. I plan, shop, cook, and clean so that you can simply eat! Knowledgeable of specific diets including AutoImmune Protocol (AIP), Low Fodmap, Whole 30 and more. 

Meet Ali Johnson…

I became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner because I am passionate about inspiring people to shift their mindset and habits, from just seeing food as calories without its nutritional value, to being inspired to fill their plates with real, whole foods that satisfy the body and mind. I follow a holistic approach, with nutrient dense foods as the foundation, and help people create building blocks that bring the body back into balance and assist in restoring health and vitality.
